Technical program

The program of the conference is structured, during two full days, in an opening session and 13 technical sessions in dual track, accommodating in total over 80 scientific and technical presentations, grouped according to various topics and application areas.

The parallel technical exhibition will allow manufacturers of scanning equipment and software solutions to demonstrate live their products and solutions to all attendees/visitors/participants: exhibition.

Breaks and social events are planned in order to increase the possibilities for building relationships and exchanging ideas between attendees, visitors, authors, participants and exhibitors.
Coffee breaks will take place in the morning and afternoon, lunch boxes will be distributed to all attendees during lunch breaks and a rich welcome cocktail will be offered after the last session of the first day of the conference.

The dual-track technical sessions, the parallel technical exhibition and the breaks will take place conveniently in adjacent rooms on the first floor at the Lugano Convention Center.

Preview - Opening Session & Technical Exhibition

During the opening sessions, GOLD and SILVER exhibitors will shortly announce and present their new developments, new products, new solutions, new results.
The technical exhibition that will take place in parallel to the conference features 27 manufacturers, solutions providers, services and organizations which will demonstrate live 3D/4D face, body, foot, hand scanning systems, visualization systems, software solutions and applications. All attendees/delegates/participants will have the possibility to test live the systems and to meet and discuss directly with the exhibitors. More details: exhibition.

Preview - World & International Premieres

Exhibitors will announce and/or launch premieres at the conference and exhibition.

3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo will be the launching pad for MOVE 4D an innovative high-speed 4D body scanner developed by IBV Instituto de Biomecànica.

QuantaCorp, will launch "QuantaCorp - Two Pictures 3D Body Scan Platform Introducing SizePass".

At the opening session, Chris Lane, CEO of 3dMD, will shortly present the Premiere "I want to break free: 4D live in London".

TechMed 3D will present at the exhibition a world premiere.

ImFusion will present and demonstrate it's new one-shot reconstruction system based on 16 statically mounted sensors. All scan data is acquired in a single instance to produce a fully textured model after a short processing time.

Private firms, universities and research institutions will present innovations and research works at the conference, as well as, manufacturers and solution providers, will present their 3D/4D scanning/measurement systems, data processing/analysis solutions and applications in 13 technical session with:
