Next event: 3DBODY.TECH 2024, Lugano, Switzerland, 22-23 Oct. 2024

Each attendee/participant/delegate and each speaker/presenter that wishes to attend (personally onsite or remotely online) the conference and the technical exhibition must register by filling a registration form and paying the registration fees before the begin of the conference.

Please fill the registration form available below, save it and send it by e-mail to the conference office at info@3dbody.tech. The office will then prepare an invoice with details for the payment of the due registration fees.

Important notes:

  • Registrations with the form below have to be completed until 18 Oct. 2021.
  • Registrations are confirmed only after the payment of the due fees.
  • Upgrades from online to onsite registrations are possible until 18 Oct. 2021, fee 100 CHF.

Registration fees

Post-conference registration, after 21 October 2021:

Access to the online conference platform, 30 days:   300 CHF

Notes:

The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of taxes when/if applicable.

Onsite registration fees include: admission to all sessions, the exhibition, coffee brakes, lunches, access to the online conference platform with all its contents, a copy of the conference proceedings.

A valid COVID-19 certificate (vaccination, test or recovery) is required to access 3DBODY.TECH 2021 onsite. Further details are available at: Venue / COVID-19.

Online registration fees include: access to the online conference platform with all its contents, a copy of the conference proceedings.

The online conference platform will be active and accessible 24h during the 2-days conference. All recorded contents (technical sessions, exhibitors demonstrations, single presentations) will be accessible also for 30 days after the end of the conference.

Post-conference registration allows to access the online conference platform with all its contents and functionalities for 30 days. Post-conference attendees will be listed and appear as participants and will be able to contact other attendees through the online conference platform.

In order to register for attending the conference and exhibition, please download the registration form at the link above and send the filled form as MS Office Word file or PDF file to the conference office by e-mail, at info@3dbody.tech.

The office will then prepare and send you an invoice with details for the payment of the due registration fees.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer with IBAN & SWIFT/BIC on CHF/EUR/USD Swiss bank account
  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, UnionPay), by secure e-payment, +6% fees
  • PayPal and other credit cards through PayPal payment system, +6% fees

Payments are possible in the following currencies:

  • Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR), U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • AMEX, Diners, UnionPay credit cards: CHF only
  • The current exchange rates will be applied for payments in EUR and USD

Transfer/Cancellation/Refund Policies

Paid registration fees are fully transferable free of charge. Please inform the conference office by e-mail at info@3dbody.tech before Saturday 16 October 2021 with details of the transfer.

Cancellations received by e-mail at info@3dbody.tech before Satuday 16 October 2021 will receive the refund of all paid registration fees, less 100 CHF administration charge and 6% credit card charge (for payment made by credit cards). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Saturday 16 October 2021.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will be made by bank wire transfer (refunds directly on credit cards are not possible).

COVID-19

We understand there are concerns and questions around the novel corona virus (COVID-19) in relation to the 3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo and we would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, and staff are our priority. We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

To comply with the regulations introduced by the Swiss Government, a valid COVID-19 certificate (vaccination certificate or proof of a negative test or proof of recovery) is required to access the Lugano convention center and attend 3DBODY.TECH 2021 onsite.

Changes related to COVID-19

We believe attendees, speakers, exhibitors should be given maximal freedom to choose when and how to participate at 3DBODY.TECH 2021. We will accept requests for changes (upgrades, downgrades, online/onsite) until the latest possible date and without additional administrative fees. We will be also very flexible on proposals for presentations, speeches and on registrations of exhibitors.

In case of an inevitable postponement or cancellation of the 3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo, the following two options will be given to registered attendees and confirmed exhibitors and sponsors:
(1) Transfer of the registration(s) and/or agreement(s) to the postponed or next year's event.
(2) Refund of all paid fees by bank transfer (less 6% credit card charge, for payments made by credit card).

VISA Information

Switzerland is an associated member state of the Schengen agreement and hence part of the Schengen area. Foreign nationals who wish to enter Switzerland must in any case be in possession of a valid travel document recognized by the Swiss authorities. For some countries visas may be required. For more information, check with the Swiss embassy/consulate of your country or visit the web page of the Swiss Federal Office for Migration: www.sem.admin.ch.

Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate at the conference should contact the conference office.

Important notes:

  • We will provide formal letters of invitation uniquely to registered participants.
  • This letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers.
  • The deadline for requesting a formal invitation letter is 15 September 2021.
