3DBODY.TECH Event platform/app
The 3DBODY.TECH event platform/app will be accessible to all onsite and online participants, attendees, speakers, exhibitors.
The event platform/app will allow all participants to access and view all live streams and all recorded contents: technical sessions, single presentations, exhibitors’ demonstrations. The recordings will be available within 1-2 hours after the live sessions.
Extended networking opportunities will be available within the platform/app during the conference & expo: it will be possible to browse and search all participants (attendees, speakers, exhibitors) and contact or communicate with them by different means (messaging, live chats, video calls).
The event platform/app will be active 24h during the 2-days conference & expo, allowing to follow the event remotely and allowing networking and discussion between participants from different time zones.
The event platform/app will be active and accessible to all participants for 60 days after the end of the conference & expo, allowing to access all recorded contents and to continue contacting/messaging with other participants.
Main page - Access to all sections
The 3DBODY.TECH event platform/app has a clean design and is very easy to navigate and use.
The menu on the left side gives access to all sections: sessions, recordings, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, documents and announcements from us.
Extremely useful is the search function at the top of the menu, allowing to find easily attendees, exhibitors, sessions, presentations.
The profile icon on the upper right corner gives access to personal settings, personal agenda, bookmarks and the message center.
Notes: all participants can edit their own profile and add photo, bio, documents, links to social media. It is also possible to opt to hide completely the profile whilst still accessing all the functionalities of the app/platform.
Sessions - Live streams - Recordings - Papers & abstracts
Sessions gives access to all live streams. Table view and list view are available. For a simplified understanding, the different tracks are displayed with the same color scheme as in the full program of the conference (available as PDF file from the Home and Document sections).
Summary and information of the single sessions and/or single presentations are provided; these can also be added to the personal agenda.
The dual-track live sessions can be joined within the platform. During the live session, attendees can exchange messages by live chat and can ask questions. The speaker and/or the session manager can then choose which ones to answer at the end of the presentation. The speakers participating at the session can also be contacted directly for later discussions.
The session pages also include papers/abstracts of the single presentations as PDF files.
A third track is dedicated to live streams from exhibitors, allowing attendees to see live demonstrations and/or presentations from the exhibition area or from exhibitors' offices.
Recordings gives access to all recorded contents: entire sessions, single presentations, live demonstrations. All the recorded contents are displayed in the same way as as described above.
The recordings will be available approx. 1-2 hours after the live sessions and can be accessed anytime during the conference. All recordings will be available also after the conference.
Networking - Contacting - Live discussions
The event platform/app gives full networking, contacting and discussion possibilities between all onsite and online participants (attendees, speakers, exhibitors).
All participants can browse and search all attendees, speakers and exhibitors within the platform.
Important notes: email addresses are not displayed/available within the platform. Participants who opted to hide their profiles, are not visible/accesible to other participants within the platform.
All participants can send messages to other participants and schedule video call meetings. Notification emails will be sent to the registered email address of the participant. (Note: if not desired, notifications, messaging and meetings can be disabled in the profile settings).
Video call meetings within the platform feature full possibilities as chatting and sharing screens. These meetings are fully private and secure.
The event platform/app is active and accessible 24 hours during the conference & expo days, allowing participants from different time zones to interact and discuss.
The event platform/app will be fully active for 60 days after the end of the conference & expo, allowing to continue contacting/messaging between participants.
